Microsoft Store / Xbox Gaming PC

So I'm posting this because I bought the PC gamepass and I was told that I had to download the new beta app to play some of the game. I was like ok sure ill download it. After I download it I install the like 6 games I wanted to no problem then checked
out the new app. It looks amazing and it works well but the only problem I have is that it totally broke my whole computer. it uninstalled games by its self slowed download by 80% and crashed and froze MS Store and after 2 days of trying to reinstall the games
that it uninstalled that app itself started to do what MS Store did. I look on the community tab to find things to fix this problem but nothing works so I'm starting this discussion to get answers for my self and others that have this problem. The fact that
you can release an app that breaks a computer to the point where I can't even use what I paid for is disturbing. this has been a problem for years now and I think we should bring it into the light and finally get it fixed because it's wasting probably lots
of people's money and time. when I normally can download a game at 60 MB/s I now download from .2mb/s to 13mb/s so a lot slower. my internet has not changed and I don't want to take that time of day to wipe my drivers and reinstall everything just because
a multi-billion dollar company can't fix a bug. doing this by my self would probably take about 3-4 days or I would have to pay someone to do it and maybe wait about a week. this is a problem and needs to be fixed so hopefully, this gets into the eyes of someone
with some type of authority.
