    Microsoft store , xbox abonelik iade süreci


    Merhaba , 22 haziranda xbox gamepass aboneliğimi iade talebinde bulundum sipariş geçmişinde iade edildi diye gözüküyordu. Bundan 3 hafta geçtikten sonra microsoft store desteği aradım bana haftaya gelebilir , yurtdışından geldiği için gecikebiliyor gibi
    cevaplar alıp bekledim.

    Şuan 55 gün geçti ve sipariş geçmişinde gamepass abonelik iadesi de silinmiş görünüyor

    İade talebim neden sipariş geçmişinde gözükmüyor ve daha ne kadar beklemem gerekiyor?

    Merhaba dün Forza Horizon 3 oyunu aldım ama bilgisayarımın kaldırmadığını fark ettim. Oyunda sürekli şekilde drop oluşuyor. Bu nedenle oyunu iade etmek istiyorum ama iade seçeneklerinize anlam verebilmiş değilim. Bütün yazıyı okudum iade izinini falan filan
    ama neden böyle bir sistem kullandığınızı bilmiyorum. Bayramda topladığım paralar ile oyunu bi heves edip aldım ama karşılaştığım durum çok üzücüydü. Üstüne üstlük bir de iade kısmını okuduğumda karşılaştığım durum ? Yani yardım etmenizi istiyorum lütfen otomatik
    cevap vermeyin. Bilgisayarımı güçlendiricek maddi durumum yok ve 110 tl de ihtiyacım olan bir para. Yardım ederseniz çok mutlu olurum.
