Discus and support Microsoft store won't open . in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Microsoft won't open at all this has happened multiple times over the last couple months .     Microsoft won't open at all this has happened multiple times over the last couple months . I've tried doing all the suggestions and still doesn't work I keep hearing its on Microsoft's end .

    Settings

    Storage devices

    And then it’s

    Change installation location

    Clear local saved games

    Clear local Xbox 360 storage

    No clear persistent storage option.

    It’d be nice if people knew what options people are faced with on the damn device but hey it’s a clown world these days.

    I ended up doing maybe 10 update/cancel "loops" before it finally updated correctly. It was one after the other: start update, let it run, when it crash/stall I canceled and immediatly went back in the store and said yes for update, went out and back to update queue. Eventually it just fi ished the install.

    I am having the same issue and done all of these steps. Mine is still not working or allowing me to download any games.

    Hi,

    I am having the same issue an not wantung to factory reset my console woukd like this fixed.

    My NAT is Moderate.

    Other installations (new and updates) work fine.

    Also, this option does not exist:

    Settings > System > Storage > Clear persistent storage

    Hi i logged a warranty issue for return but at present no email from microsoft regarding replacement was meant to get a confirmation. I reset keeping game over 8 times powercycled the works eventually got lucky that store loaded sometimes didnt. When it did set xbox to never idle kept store open and then downloaded took ages but worked so gd luck
