microsoft store wasnt downloading and now it does??

so some stuff happened randomly and my minecraft broke and i uninstalled it and reinstalled and wiped windows multiple times to download things from the microsoft store but it still didnt work, then i went to a technician and they said it wasnt fixable then a week later i added a new microsoft account, and downloaded something from it and then went back to my main microsoft account and it started downloading things???

i want to know how this happened and how it fixed because this is a very unusual situation.

Unfortunately it is very difficult to say what happened since you did not inform the details, was a Microsoft employee helping you? because only they or Mojang support can confirm exactly what happened by analyzing your account.

Amazingly problem solved it self on its own, i got download notification about FH5 hotfix. It surprised me since FH5 wasnt visible by windows or xbox or microsoft store, soo i guess its all fine. Right now im in FH5 menu and it all smooth working.

Does anyone know why GT Racing 2 is now not in the Microsoft store in the UK?

I downloaded from the S.A. store and had to start fresh, losing progress and purchases. After closing the game it shows error saying not found on server..

Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately, another suggested solution was to delete the collection and then go to Microsoft Store and download it again. I uninstalled it. But, the Microsoft Store does not load either.
