    Microsoft Store Update Games Got Error Info 0x80070020


    When we tried to update the game on the Microsoft store, it always got stuck by showing the error info: Something unexpected happened, and the error code is: 0x80070020.

    But when we tried to install new games or new apps and even tried to update the apps, everything went smoothly.

    So does anyone have any ideas about this?

    How are you, mate?

    Go to settings>updates and security>troubleshooting and click on additional troubleshooting.

    Click Windows Update and then Windows Store apps.

    After that check for available updates on Windows Update, install everything including optional updates.

    Clear store cache and clear temp files, restart your PC, and try updating games again.

    Clear store cache

    windows key + r and type ''wsreset'' wait for the black screen to close and open the store, it takes a while.

    Clean your PC's temporary files

    windows key + R and type %TEMP% and delete everything from the folder.

    Why does the Xbox app keep reinstalling my games, and why can't I get Rage 2 to read my existing saves after said reinstall?

    So, that didn't work. Still getting error 0x80070020 for literally no reason, and it's still reinstalling my games for no reason.
