Let me see what I can do to help:

• Looking at the screenshot you provided. It looks like this is your pinned or grouped applications. Please advise if this is true
  

If it is, the fix is a quick and simple one. From your Xbox Home screen, click on My Games & Apps and go down to the Apps section on the left-hand side. Once here, you can scroll down to the M section and find Microsoft store. You can access the application this way or use the menu button on your controller to select the app and then select the option to add to a group. Your Digital App tab should be in this space, and you would select that to app the store back into it.



These groups are fully customizable, and you can have many of them to sort and create areas for your apps and games to live. I suggest checking out the groups section in the My Games and Apps area as well to customize this space a bit more
