Microsoft Store / Store Experience Host - Installation Stopped???

Are you trying this from a computer or console, try different browsers and make sure you account security is up to date.

After following your steps, I went to the Microsoft Store app and attempted to download a game. The game isn't showing in the queue, but the "Store Experience Host" and "Microsoft Xbox Purchase Host" is in the queue. I have noticed that every time I have done a form of resetting since the issues started, those two apps(?) need updated but only sometimes successfully update.

I understand you need help on your Xbox problem.

Please try this:

Please Go to Settings:

> Network

> Network Settings

> Advanced Settings.

Select the alternate MAC address and then select delete/clear.

You must restart the console for the change to take effect.

And please do this:

Set DNS manually. To manually configure DNS settings, follow the steps below:

1.- Go to Settings

2.- Select Network

3.- Select Network Settings

4.- Select Advanced network settings.

5.- Go to DNS Servers, set it to Manual> enter 8.8.8.8 in the 'Primary' field and 8.8.4.4 in 'Secondary'

If this does not help, try updating the console again and you can also choose the delete everything just to start fresh.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

Here it is almost may and this store experience host still will not update or anything. Had been able to cancel it once before but it came back a couple days later, and that was a month or so ago. This is on my one x which isn't on the insider program.
I have a one s that is on the insider program but the issue is with my one x so that means it's not an insider issue and the issue still hasn't been fixed. Any info or help?
