Microsoft store still won't install minecraft

This is a follow up to my previous qustion, but to sum it up, when I try to install Minecraft, it won't. This time, I'm providing more info and a screenshot, as the reply on the previous question did nothing.

This is what pops up a few seconds after I click the install button:

And it just won't do anything until I close it.

How to fix this?

In the last 48 hours, i've run the wsreset command about 30 times, reseted the laptop about 5 times, tried troubleshooting ms store 3 times, tried a ms store reinstall command from this very same website (which did absolutely nothing), updated drivers, hit the "repair" and "restart" button for ms store a milion times and a bunch of other things that did absolutely nothing.

Please help I'm losing my sanity.

This is some sort of Lenovo thinkpad I don't think it really makes a difference but just wanted to throw it out there.

Its is empty, (all categories, all time purchases)
I believe its due migrating Mojang's account to Microsoft's one theres no purchase's on my account.
On Microsoft store it shows I own it since 2017.

For now I have solved the minecraft issue by downloading the windows 7/8 version (old) on windows 10, which is not linked with Microsoft store,
Yet The new launcher problem still stands.

I downloaded the installer from the Minecraft site, not the microsoft store

I understand that you are experiencing issues installing Minecraft Bedrock.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please check for Windows updates. To do this, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and ensure your system is fully updated.

And then reset the Microsoft Store cache by pressing Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box. Type wsreset.exe and hit Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache and might resolve the issue.

Then re-register the Microsoft Store. Open PowerShell as an administrator.

Run the following command:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Restart your PC and try installing Minecraft again.

Next is to install via Minecraft Launcher. Please download the Minecraft Launcher from Minecraft.net and install Bedrock Edition through the launcher instead of the Microsoft Store.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

For cases like this, simply reset the cache of the Microsoft Store by following the steps below:

On the search bar type "Wsreset" then right-click and choose "Run as administrator" then wait for the Microsoft Store to launch, it may take a couple of minutes. Then restart your PC.

After that, try to install the game again.

I can't access the downloader either I think the service is down it says access deny.
