    Microsoft Store Spam


    i know this may not be the correct place to post this but it was the only place i could find to get help,

    Microsoft Store keeps sending me email confirmation of store purchases THAT i never bought i never payed for and not even in my name or even my account name and at the end of each email it says this............We recommend that you print and save this confirmation
    email and Terms of Sale....if their is some one who i need to send this to please let me know

    Have you bought your V-Bucks in a foreign Microsoft store with the spam enter, because Microsoft has banned plenty of players due to that.

    Where did you purchase the Office bundle from? If it was the Microsoft Store then contact them to find out. Also, be sure to check out your spam folders in your email.

    Hello i pre ordered de xbox one advanced warfare bundle from microsoft and all my friends got a patch and background on call of duty ghost but i did'nt get it why?

    Check your email (including junk/spam folder) associated with your gamertag to see if it's there. If not, then give the Microsoft Store a call to see what's up.
