Microsoft store solitare paid still getting ads

I did everything I could and followed all your instructions. I even made it thru a q&a bot that specifically asked if I had paid for

microsoft solitare but not Xbox. yet no help came, no fix. I had to repay for the Microsoft solitare inorder to get the premium banner back up and stop the ads. this is for my 82 y/o dad. Who now has over paid for his subscription by atleast 6 months. I hope you will do the right thing and comp him a free year of his microsoft solitare or atleast 6 months.

Please fix his subscription or I will assume you cannot offer personal service for the ederly using your platform.

Now, from the Profile, click on View Account or Payment Options. In both cases, the browser will open on the Microsoft page, because only from here you can modify the account and verify why they send the billing if the payment is up to date. Access with the password and review the options.
