    I have tried power cycling my console by holding down power till the light turns off, followed by removing the power cable from the wall for 2 minutes, as well as I have made sure all updates have been installed properly. If anyone how I can fix this, it
    would be amazong as I am trying to download the anthem demo so I can play with mates. Thanks heaps.

    Adding to the link to Live services, you may want to add it to your favorites bar. I find that answers a lot of my questions if I ever experience issues online!

    The servers for it might be down now. The digital game has been removed from the Microsoft Store for quite some time now, and the DLC's for it have been removed too. Usually when this happens, servers are soon to follow and go down as well.

    When was the last time you played? I can't find information confirming, but the servers might not be running anymore. The game reached end of life status in September 2018 and was removed from the Microsoft store. It's possible the online servers were
    shut down.
