Microsoft Store Refund or Exchange

Hi,

I know this has been asked a million times already but i haven't seen new posts about it and i'm currently desperate for it.

So what happened is, i got one R$100,00 gift card and a R$50,00 gift card, and with the sale that's happening right now i bought Crash Bandicoot N-Sane Trilogy thinking it was a good game.

The problem is i couldn't play 20 minutes of that game, i just absolutely hated it, and for me, a person that doesn't buy games that often and i only got these gift cards for my birthday from two different people, am incredibly sad that i just wasted
R$112,00 for nothing and the other games i want to buy i can't because i don't have enough money, and i'm not getting another gift card or game anytime soon either.

So i wanted to ask if it was possible to exchange my game (preferably The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim which is R$90,00 here) or completely refund it, which would be a better option but exchange it would be nice too.

I know in the past they added the refund button so you can easily appeal for a refund and once they checked your account they would take the game and completely refund the whole money for you, and that it has been removed for abuse. But the terms of
service and rules and stuff are so confusing i didn't understand a single thing.

I would like to ask if it was possible to exchange or refund the game by asking microsoft support or something like that. i have way less than an hour on the game and less than a week i bought it, i'm on Xbox One by the way,

You may possibly be able to get a refund after you submit the form. I wish you the best of luck.

I would recommend seeing if the game is listed under your orders and has an option for "request refund".

Sign in to your Microsoft account

If it doesn't appear there, try the Xbox Digital Refund form.
