Microsoft Store Purhases and Family Sharing

I want to purchase Minecraft from the Microsoft Store for my children to play on their PCs. I have already set up Family Sharing and was wondering the following:

1) If I purchase it can both of my children play at the same time on their own respective PCs?

2) Do I purchase it on my PC and share it with them, or do I purchase it on one of their PCs?

a) How do I do either of these?

I have researched these questions but cannot find consistent, straightforward answers.

Only thru the console not on the PC. However you do have options around this but due to xbox guidelines I am forbidden to mention a help topic on this issue online in this forum. At Least that was what i was informed of quite a few times even though I
helped with the issue. It has alot to do with policy

1. make sure the kids accounts are in your family.

2. on each pc open store, log out of their name in the store and log in with yours.

3. download minecraft from download list.

4. sign out of store and sign back into store with kids account.

5. rinse and repeat for each computer.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in learning how to share Minecraft for Windows 10 between accounts on a Windows 10 computer. This feature is not available for Windows 10 computers. The ability to

share games, Xbox Live Gold and content is only available on the Xbox One. Your children's accounts must own the game in order to play it. We hope this information helps!

This problem lies within the "Microsoft Family" feature on the Microsoft Store. I had my cousin and my friend registered in my "family" and up until now, (March 24 hotfix for D2 respectively) we've been able to share the Destiny 2 DLC between accounts. I believe either Microsoft or Bungie is at fault, Bungie at fault for introducing a bug with the recent hotfix that doesn't allow shared content anymore, or Microsoft for fixing what I guess was not an intended feature with their family sharing. I'm not forgetting anything. Microsoft might not have anything to do with Destiny, but it certainly has something to do with the way content was shared, owned by Bungie or not, through the Microsoft Family feature.
