    Microsoft Store Purchase - No Code Issued


    We purchased V Bucks on the 24th December as a gift. we received the email thanking us for our Order with Order number but no code was issued to redeem V Bucks, money has been taking from our account. We have tirelessly contacted Microsoft on numerous occasions
    over the past 6 months with promises of receiving a returned email or call and we have had no-one contact us.

    We need this sorted ASAP.

    Hello, yes we would need more information on where the VBucks were purchased. If it was through microsoft if you look on your accounts billing page you should be able to see the purchase. I would call Microsoft up and speak with a live rep so the issues
    can be fixed.

    Hi there,

    If you purchased it through the store, you should have received it in your account. Unless you bought this on some other site, all purchases made to Epic via Xbox are issued directly to the Fortnite account.

    Hi, there is currently an issue with the store that is preventing purchasing content and redeeming codes, Microsoft are aware and are working on a fix.

    Yeah, no its not. The issue is with the Microsoft store not recognising the purchased content. Unless you're telling me that EA have direct access to the Microsoft store?

    EA may well be able to provide a code to redeem in order to unlock the Microsoft store version of the content but they wont have access to the Xbox store to access proof of purchase.

    This is not "in game" content, its purchased separately through the Microsoft store, not through an in game marketplace that EA are responsible for.
