Microsoft Store purchase fail

Discus and support Microsoft Store purchase fail in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Two things in my order say shipped. The warranty says payment failed.     Microsoft Store purchase fail


    Two things in my order say shipped.

    The warranty says payment failed. Do i have to worry about the shipped items?

    Or is this just a warranty buying issue?

    Paypal purchase failed

    I made a $6.99 purchase via paypal, my credit card was charged through paypal, but Microsoft says it failed. I'd think twice before using the Microsoft Store again....

    Is the XBox one Disc drive Failure overblown?

    Mine was starting to fail a few weeks after purchase last Christmas, I called Microsoft and they had me exchange it at a Microsoft store. Its been perfect for almost exactly one year.

    My order history has it. It says the controller shipped and console has shipped but the warranty says payment failed.

    If you have not yet done this, I would advise you contact the
    Microsoft Store Support     to get more information on that failed payment. It does not seem like it's much to worry about but this way you can get that peace of mind.

    Kindly try to purchase on the website and check if it will push through.

    Also, on your Xbox perform a powercycle and then try again.
