Microsoft Store Preview Mode : SANDBOX not working properly (game to test is not listed)

Hello,

I am working remotely for a UK publisher and I need to access a PC program from a test Sandbox. I am connected to the store with an xboxtestaccount address. I can see the store in preview mode. My computer has also been booted up with the same xboxtestaccount address. I have installed the GDK from your site, the pathing to the MSIXVC directory and file are correct. I have a command prompt switching to the correct sandbox (XblPCSandbox) from my employer.

But I cannot see the build that is on my hard drive and installed to the preview store. When I compare my settings with those of my colleagues located in the UK the Actual Sandox info is blank when my colleagues do have an actual Sandbox indicated.

Can you help, please?

Hi, the new version of the Microsoft Store doesn't support Sandbox, you should use the new Xbox application to test your game.

i have the same issue

"Your account does not match the dev environment. If you're using the right sandbox and environment, switch to a Microsoft account for that sandbox. To keep using this account, change the registry's sandbox and environment.

i don't have sandbox mode enabled on windows

i don't have developer mode enabled on windows

It happened with Halo Master Chief collection

I've tried to

1. Logout/Login from Xbox App

2. Logout/Login from Microsoft Store App

3. Logout from windows and login with password

4. Remove Halo Master Chief Collection and Reinstall

5. Reset data and Restore the Xbox app from the settings

6. Restore Microsoft Store

7. Sync my date and time from NTP

None of them worked
