Microsoft Store Package Dependency Installer leading to all xbox games crashing on PC

interessting. The errorcode 1069 normaly popup like this: "Could not start the <service name> service on Local Computer. - Error 1069: The service did not start due to a logon failure." which actually explains why your computer suddenly requires a smart
card login.

The cause, however, remains hidden. I assume the following:

• The system is fully up to date? If not try to update also in the store app
• All required XBOX services running (XblGameSave, XboxNetApiSvc, XboxGipSvc, XblAuthManager)? If not restart them or reinstall the app! To do this:
  

1. Launch powershell as an administrator and enter “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”
   
2. In the same powershell window, enter “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”
   
3. Install the app on that page, including accepting the UAC prompt when shown.
4. Try installing the game again.

• The Xbox Live server connection is not blocked on Windows 10??

So because you write "Microsoft Store Package Dependency Installer"
Reset/Repair the store

And please, most of the games want to be installed on c: - and i do not know why.

The trouble shooting thing did not work for me I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and a few days later it said the same thing then when i tried to install the dependency installer it said there was a error. I have no clue what to do about this issue.

Press Windows Key + i and go to apps, search for ''gaming services'' click ''advanced options'' and then ''Terminate, Repair and Reset.

If the problem persists, try this step>

Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter

“get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

Restart your PC, open PowerShell as admin again, and enter

“start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”

Try to start the game again

Yes, it's safe. All games included in the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in general are safe to install in your device (this applies to .exe installers from reputable sites)
