Microsoft store order never received

I ordered an Xbox controller through the Microsoft store and I got an email saying it had shipped. However, it was supposed to arrive two days later (June 14th, 2023) but it never arrived. It was being shipped through FedEx but every time I went to their package tracking it said that only the label had been printed and the package never actually started shipping. So I went to the Microsoft store to request a return/refund (on June 19th, 2023) and selected the option "package never arrived" but it told me I needed to print the package label for return to get the refund after it was returned. But I can't return something I never received. Now it's June 23rd at the time of writing and still haven't heard anything via email from either FedEx or Microsoft.

What you should do is go here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil... and get the number for the Microsoft Store Support for your region then give them a call. Explain the situation to them and they'll look into it for you.

i purchased a surface go 2 with keyboard to give to my father for fathers day as he is more familiar with windows products than apple. The item showed as delivered but there was no item anywhere to be found. I called them maybe 5 minutes after i got the
notification that it was delivered i checked outside there was nothing. 4 days later the keyboard cover came but i wouldn't have known as the delivery driver had not rung the door bell but still i found it outside. But still no surface go....Now where do i
go for help? I was going to ask them to send a surface and request signature upon delivery but they are of no help to me. I paid $720 for an item i never received. Going to be posting this up on my social media. Honestly rather buy an apple product as they
are there for you if anything were to go wrong. Although i spent $10,000+ on apple products i had never once had a bad day with them. I spent less than $3000 on microsoft and had this occur already with nobody there to help.

Same thing happened to me i never received my microsoft surface but they aren't here to help customers. Literally stole my money. The only thing i received from my order was a keyboard for the surface. I'm done ordering from microsoft they absolutely suck
and when they make a mistake they put the blame on you. Surprisingly they are a billion dollar company. I don't even get why they can't track the surface i'm so upset i was on hold for numerous hours and still they won't ship me a surface or return my money.
MY last time ordering a microsoft product trust me.
