    Microsoft Store not accepting credit & debit card on both website and Xbox One.


    Hi all,

    I have attempted to purchase the Game Pass Ultimate £1 deal. Upon entering the debit card info (VISA DEBIT), with the card details and billing address written perfectly, the window always says "The info you have written does not match the card number." I
    have also tried another card (MasterCard) yet it says the same.

    Is there a problem that I'm not paying attention to? Or is there a way to fix this?

    Microsoft Store not accepting credit & debit card on both website and Xbox One.

    This has happened to me a couple times i normally give the Xbox a quick hard reset which normally resolves the issue or contact Xbox support and they resolve the issue on their end because of it saying the same thing twice on your end.

    Hi, Ronie.

    Microsoft doesn't accept Indian domestic-debit cards. We don't even have the option to pay via PayPal when your region is selected as India.

    Microsoft store doesn't support pre-paid cards and only has one payment option of Credit/Debit card (so why even call it payment optionS).

    I literally can't purchase anything on MS store, literal facepalm.

    I cannot purchase any games or apps from windows store on xbox as it asks for Visa and other international cards..there is no option for local debit cards

    Is there any way to purchase using the local card
    India region accepts debit and credit cards issued in India.

    The only accepted payment methods are PayPal, credit/debit card and in Germany direct debit, also the prepaid cards for Xbox Live and Xbox gift cards.
