Microsoft*store msbill purchase is not showing up in Xbox, where has this money gone?

I purchased 5000 Vbucks for my son on my laptop, the transaction came out of my bank account as Microsoft*store purchase but the Vbucks never went to my sons account.

He then purchased 5000 more Vbucks on his Xbox and the bank transaction processed as Microsoft*xbox purchase these went to his account.

My question is where has the initial 5000 Vbucks gone? I feel like I have been ripped off, I have no receipt to prove purchase just my bank statement.

Yes, when viewing the game on the store page it says it can be purchased, and it doesn't show in the Xbox library. The payment shows in my purchase history and the money is gone from my PayPal account.

I am using a Xbox one, I checked and couldn’t find the purchases but I know that I spent money on them and that the money has gone through. I don’t really know where to go now l, unless I rebuy them, but I really don’t want to be doing that.

Yea its not showing up on my purchase items, but the money is gone from my card , my bank said something about not being able to do anything because a third party purchase. This is getting kinda annoying.

So nothing under my account and only the coins that we purchased on the same day at same time are showing on her account? Where the hec has the game gone?
