Microsoft store movie rentals occasionally have no audio

I've made purchases for movie rentals through the Microsoft store app on Xbox One that will sometimes have no audio when I attempt to play them. The movie trailer audio works fine, but the main movie does not have working audio. I've tried switching between stereo and 7.1 for audio selections from the menu. I've tried restarting the console, including removing power. I've tried deleting the movie and reselecting it from the store page. Haven't found anything to get it to work.

Also there doesn't seem to be a way to refund the purchase either.

I checked it again (a day later) and it's working. It's just frustrating I don't know why it glitches like that and what to do to fix it or keep it from happening.

Are you watching the movie through the Microsoft store, either by rental or purchase, or is a physical release (DVD)?

is the disk scratched if it is i suggest getting it resurfaced at a local gamestop or movie rental store

Not all movies are available for rental. Sometimes Microsoft only gets the option to sell the movie.
