    Hello!

    I noticed this problem 3 days ago when Age of Empires: Castle Siege wouldn't load, it started giving me an error about my account needing more information, and if I couldn't fix it through the Store, to proceed and uninstall and reinstall it. Well, I couldn't
    get the Store to work, so I uninstalled the game. When I went to the Store to re-download and re-install, it gave me this error:

    "Something happened and your purchase can't be completed. Error code 0xc03f300d."

    There was no forum on here for technical support of Age of Empires, so I tried to post something about it in the Alphajax forum (none of the other options in the drop-down menus would load); which appears like a ghost town in there.

    I tried loading up the other Microsoft games (Sudoku, Jigsaw, Solitaire) with no success. This issue appears to be a Store/App issue all around. I can access another game (Survivor), but it gives me the same error when I tested to make an in-game purchase.

    Your assistance will be greatly appreciated~!

    If you're not going to resolve this issue, will you please do the courtesy of refunding my last 2 in-game purchases I made in Age of Empires: Castle Siege, since I have yet to have used those 'gold coins', and those were costly purchases

    guide for Window 10    .

    Microsoft Store on Windows 10 has thousands of apps and games, all verified by Microsoft. Many apps and games are free to download and play.

    1. Select StartWindows logo Start button, then from the apps list select
      Microsoft StoreShopping bag-shaped Store icon.
    2. In Microsoft Store, select either Apps or Games.
    3. To see more of any category, select Show all at the other end of the row.
    4. If you have problems with a free game, go to
      Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps.       If Microsoft Store on Windows 10 doesn't open, see Microsoft Store does not launch in
      Microsoft Support.

    Lack of digital games

    Im thinking the exact same thing, digital games are infinite! Let us have what Sony are already giving PS4 players with pre-loading where it downloads for you when its available! Microsoft US store lets you preorder COD:AW (disc) but the UK store doesn't?!?

    Getting error 0x89235106

    I have the same problem. Games won't load on Xbox App (Error code: 0x89235106). Microsoft Store won't load (Error Code: 0x80131500). Epic Store App is not connecting. I've tried resetting, repairing, and reinstalling. Nothing worked. I'm very much connected to the internet. Those three apps are the ones seeming having problems.

    I was able to uninstall the Xbox app, but it gives me the same error when trying to install games, even from the Microsoft Store instead of the Xbox app.

    Point 3 it's Microsoft store app not Xbox app, on the first message you only talk about the Xbox app, but if you have the subscription active you should be able to install the games from the Microsoft store app also, try that sometimes it gives you the error code you need to solve the issues

    Deleted all files as suggested and rebooted.

    Command ran without an error, but gaming services still not installed in Microsoft Store or Xbox apps, and gives the same error message when trying to install.
