Has the game worked before or has it always had a crashing issue? If Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background apps > Forza Horizon
4 > Off. Please keep this setting On.

By resetting my PC I mean I closed it and then just opened it and I haven't received any code it just crashes and I am on Windows 10.
