    Hello, I purchased a $9.99 xbox Gold Card off of Microsoft store, since I thought that my Xbox account is the same account I would be using on my Xbox one, I clicked the redeem button thinking that it would automatically apply it to my account. When I logged into my Xbox it asked for the code so I typed it in to it replying that the code has already been redeemed!

    So after trying to get ahold of tech support with no luck, I purchased the $24.99 3 month Gold pass from Microsoft Store; I put the code in to my Xbox account, but I don't know why or what happened to the $9.99 code and would like to get a refund? For less than 10 buck's.

    PC. As I said, I'll click on the app to open it, it starts loading then closes once it finishes.

    To make purchases from the store you need a method of payment and the license to make purchases. Check both criteria and if you still have issues contact support

    No. I'm not too sure how that will help, seeing as it's only my PC having this problem. However if you think it's worth a shot, as long as I don't lose my games and such, I'll give it a try.
