Microsoft Store is not Opening on my laptop?

I am logged into my son's laptop with my son's Microsoft account. I opened the Microsoft Store app, and on the top right side it displays his icon, indicating we are signed in under his account profile. How do I log out of the Microsoft Store, and log in to the store again with my account?

The order was made in the Microsoft Store from my son's laptop (Windows 11 PC) and Microsoft account. Because he is a minor, the purchase required me to sign in from my account and complete the order. I did so, and the order appears in my order history. However, it does not show up as an app on my son's laptop, and within the Microsoft Store on my son's laptop, if we search for the game it shows that we own it, but the game does not appear under the Games icon nor can we find any place to download or open the game.

You need to log the account that owns the game into the Microsoft Store app on your PC/Laptop

Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10, log in with the account that owns the game in the upper right corner, look for the game in the store and install.

Just to double check, the laptop already has offline permissions enabled inside Microsoft Store?

Open the Microsoft Store > Click on your name > app settings > offline permission

Please note that your Xbox profile/account needs to be the same logged in the Microsoft Store
