Microsoft Store is blocked by family settings

My son is getting this message "Microsoft Store is blocked by family settings" every time he opens the Microsoft Store on his XBox One S. I have looked through all of the family settings and cannot find where blocking the Microsoft Store is even an option.
Anyone know where this setting is at?

    :)

I have restarted it. Even reset it. That doesn't help. Not sending him to the web to install games.

    Hello

I would make sure you're making the changes for your sons account through the parent account in charge of the family settings. Be sure to sign your sons profile out once you've made the changes, then sign back in so the changes will take affect.

You may also want to restart the Xbox. Alternatively you can just search stuff through the web store at Xbox.com and make purchases from there.

Do you have parental setup on your sons account if so you would have to ok the purchase. Also how old is your son? It might be an age thing with Microsoft.

Have you checked to see that the Microsoft Store and Experience Host are up to date? Have you tried opening the Microsoft Store with your parent account?

If everything is up to date and you can't open the Microsoft Store with your parent account then maybe you could try removing the Microsoft Store app and downloading it again.

Alternatively, if you would like to provide additional data to Microsoft for troubleshooting even if you don't have your console in the Dashboard Preview program, try downloading the Xbox Insider app. Once app is installed, press and hold the Xbox nexus
button on your controller...then select the Report a Problem button. Select Apps as the category, then Microsoft Store as the sub-category and enter in your problem title and description. The Dashboard team will then be able to use your report to help them
determine if there is an issue that needs to be fixed with a new Dashboard or app update.

    Good luck!

This is the answer, even though it won't let me mark it as the answer.

Under Content Restrictions on the Microsoft Family settings site, there were a bunch of entries on the block list that didn't have names, just a bunch of random numbers and letters. I removed them all and now he can access.
