Microsoft store is always downloading for no reason

Hello so im having this problem it always happen ever since last month. My Microsoft store keeps updating on Xbox whenever it hits 100% it dosent complete the download im getting really annoyed that it says that.

I suggest you follow these steps.

Run Dism and SFC repair tools.
These are diagnostic tools and help to repair the system image.
Press Windows + X keys, select Command Prompt (Admin), copy and paste the commands below and press enter after each command.

Sfc /Scan now
Disable /Online /Cleaning-Image /ScanHealth
Disable /Online /Image-Cleanup /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup

If you continue to have this problem, I suggest you create a new user account.

That’s correct, when we have a physical game, the Microsoft store always gives that message about not owning a game, because the Microsoft store only verifies if you have a game digitally (purchased on the Microsoft Store)

For the same reason, you’re not able to write a review for the game. It is required a digital license.

For physical copies, the license of the game is attached to the disc itself and not your account, and for this reason we always need to insert the disc into the console if we want to play the game.

For some reason it worked for me when i went to all owned in the microsoft store and downloaded it from there

the xbox app is not downloading it is actually the microsoft store doing the downloading, the microsoft store has always downloaded slower than anything else, on steam i get 476Mbps down, but the store always throttles at about 240Mbps. microsoft i think limits download speeds slightly due to everything running off azure and as most businesses use azure from email, office and teams etc plus xbox live and everyone else downloading they have to limit it as not to affect everyone.

steam on the other hand does not have a load like that, they host some multiplayer servers and allow downloads.

bandwidth is tight as it is on networks and very very expensive to provide.

I think I've always downloaded my Minecraft launcher from Minecraft.net rather than from the Microsoft Store.
