Microsoft Store - Install button greyed out

I can't install any games from the Microsoft Store as the install button is greyed out.

I've followed all the instructions to solve this in other threads on this issue, but nothing works.

I'm not using a VPN. I've also created a new account, but still, the button stays greyed out.

My Windows 10 installation is up-to-date.

Can you please help.

I've done all these, re-booting my PC in between each one and I the install button remains greyed out.

Is there anything else I can try, please?

I've tried all these, but it still doesn't work. I've attached a screenshot of the game I'm trying to install.

The Windows Version is 22H2 OS Build 19045.3636

Custom-built Intel i7, 6700. 16gb memory. 64 bit OS.
