My parents have removed all restrictions on my account and have disabled parental controls etc. but I still can not make a purchase (in Minecraft: Xbox One Edition). What are we supposed to do?

Purchases can be controlled by age like if that's rated m for instance and your accounts 15 then you cant buy it I'm pretty sure

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for advice on how to get past the error you are experiencing.

I understand how this could be confusing.

You say that you have already disabled parental controls, but I recommend making sure that the you've gone to Settings> Family> (your account)> Privacy & online safety> Xbox Live Privacy> View Details and customize>
and that you set those appropriately.

If that does not help, then I would definitely contact
customer support so that they maybe provide a little more clarity on what could be happening.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.
