Microsoft Store immediately closeing

Hello, For around a year now I have not been able to access the Microsoft Store. When I open the windows application, it will stay open for around 3 seconds and then close. I have tried many times to fix the issue, but now I have been trying to install the new Minecraft launcher and I am again met with the same issue. I have never found a fix to the issue and I am tired of this happening. Any help would be appreciated. I also will add the ways I have tried to fix it. 1.Reseting the store, 2.Uninstalling and re-installing. I am also on windows 11 if this helps. Again, Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If I may ask, are you on Xbox or PC?

If you're on a PC, kindly clear the cache by following the steps below:

On your search bar type "wsreset" or "wsreset.exe" > right-click and run as administrator > it may take a couple of minutes but please wait for the Microsoft Store to launch > Restart your PC and try to launch the app normally.

If you're on Xbox, perform a powercycle on your console.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

It is not possible, it is necessary to wait the mentioned period before the account is completely deleted.
