MICROSOFT STORE : I CAN'T INSTALL GAME , HELP PLEASE

I started loading Forza at night , and when I woke up in the morning, 63 GB was loaded. I paused the load , it didn't stop. I clicked on the cross. I started to reload the game from the store, but it started to load from 95 GB and showed the game as 148
GB. (again 64 GB )

Microsoft store error message

When I go on my Xbox and try to access the Microsoft store I'm greeted with error message (0x80270254) and told I require an app or game to open the store, that tells me to look for in the store. It's removed any and all access I have to the Microsoft store
and it's incredibly infuriating as I can't install a dlc I've already paid for because I can't get on the store on my Xbox. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help.

Be sure you use the correct account used to redeem the game. Open Microsoft Store and search the game to install it.

If you can't find or install an app from Microsoft Store, you can follow these
instructions.

I think this is just a bug when showing the progress, so I myself would just wait and see what happens when it is fully downloaded

Or you can cancel the download, restart the PC and then try and download something else after which you can start the download the game again.

You might also want to to clear the Store cache (when no download is active) to see if that helps too:
