microsoft store에서 제가 소유한 gears 5 게임을 추가하려는데 무한로딩에 걸립니다.

xbox 본체도우미에 들어가면 내 게임에 gears 5 가 없어서 mocrosoft store에서 게임을 찾아보세요(여기 오타도 있습니다.)를 눌러

가 소 하 있는 gears 5 를 클릭해서 들어가면

이 게 무한로딩이 걸립니다. 며 부터 시도해보 다양한 방법으로 시도해봤는데 가 소 하지 않은 다른 게임들은 로딩 시 후에 게임 페이지가 뜨지만 가 소 하 있는 gear 5 같은 경우에는 무한로딩에서 진행이 되지 않아 게임을 추가 수 도, 다운 받을 수 도 없는 상태입니다.

Hi Kim,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue downloading a game. IF on an Xbox console, try a

power cycle first. Once the console is back on, make sure there are no updates available in my games and apps. There could be an update for Microsoft store as this app gets updated often. Let us know how it goes.

ms store에서 다운로드 받아서 이용하던 세 게임 어플이

서피스3 초기화 이후 앱스 어에서 사라졌습니다.

인터넷으로 게임을 검색하 링크를 클릭해 앱스 어로 이동하면 해당 게임을 찾을 수 없다 만 뜹니다

앱스 어 내에서 검색해도 게임이 뜨지 않습니다.

다운로드 내역에도 없 검색을 해도 게임이 나오지 않습니다

꼭 해결방법을 알 주세요...

Gears 5 through steam and gears 5 through the microsoft store are two different version.
