Microsoft store game pass and Xbox game pass (Beta)

    Microsoft store game pass and Xbox game pass (Beta)


    So I have 'game pass' for the Microsoft store that allows me to download and play the pretty much the same games that are on 'Xbox game' pass (Beta) but for some reason the beta app asks me to subscribe/pay again
    for the for the Xbox game pass (Beta). Surely if I have paid £7.99 for the Microsoft store version I should get access to the Beta version? They are both called 'Xbox game pass'. Any help?

    If you own the xbox game pass download Xbox (beta) app from Microsoft Store and launch games with it

    I have XBox Game Pass (3 month) but cannot download any games

    Game Pass for PC is correct.

    Signed into Xbox (Beta) with my account that has Game Pass for PC.

    Signed into Microsoft Store with same account.

    Download/install hangs and eventually fails- never passing 0%

    Game not showing on the app

    The Xbox (Beta) app recently got updated out of Beta. Try going to the Microsoft Store app to download Minecraft and while you're there, click on the top right icon (the one with the Down Arrow) or the "..." and click on "Downloads and Updates".

    Also, the Xbox (Beta) app currently only shows Game Pass games. Minecraft PC unfortunately is not on Game Pass.

    Check if you are correctly logged on Microsoft Store App and Xbox App (beta) with the account that have Xbox Game Pass PC subscription.

    you have to log in to the account that has the xbox game pass on the microsoft store of your pc, once you have loged in then go to the xbox game pass app beta on your pc and log into the account you want to play
