    Microsoft Store Game Download stuck at 0%


    I have an xbox 360 slim. I bought and TRIED to download Disney Infinity 3.0 onto my console and it always stays on 0% complete... I leave it on for hours and even days, NOTHING. I do believe that the game is available in my country otherwise i wouldn't
    be able to buy it. I recently cleaned the inside of the console from all the dust. I tried everything. I tried microsoft support member's advice on other people's question who asked the same thing. I did a factory reset, i tried powercycling, i tried to clear
    cache multiple times. updated xbox live,i tried changing the wifi, changing the storage device. even unplugging the xbox and router multiple times. Literally everything. Please if you guys have anything left for me to do, please let me know.

    Game downloading problem "Starting 0%"

    After following all of your steps, I open the Xbox App, sign in with the same account as the Microsoft Store, and when I try to install a game, it installs "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Desktop Runtime Package" from the Microsoft Store and my game is still stuck at "Downloading 0%".
    Not sure what else to do, I feel like I've tried everything.

    Hello, I done everything you said, it worked sort of. Now it says it could not update due to an error on microsofts end. I used the commands you said to do to re-download it from the microsoft store. Now the xbox app is just stuck on the downloading screen at 0%

    Mhm but now I can't even install the game.. the store is bugged or smth.

    I tryed deleting the store cache from the registry editor and it didnt help. I somehow managed to make the store to start downloading the game. THe downlaod bar is stuck at basically 0%.

    None of this helped. I even started to download The Outer Worlds on the Microsoft Store on PC and the download is stuck. The Microsoft Store is terrible and needs a revamp.

    Please, first, check your time settings, and set it to automatic.

    Press the Windows Key + X > Settings > Time & language > Date & time > Enable "Set Timezone Automatically" and "Set Time Automatically".

    Afterward, make sure your Windows is updated:

    Then, reset the Microsoft Store:

    Press the Windows Key + R

    Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    Next, check for app updates on the store:

    With the Microsoft Store open, click on Library > Get Updates.

    After that, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool: https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool

    Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

    Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved (Press "Y").

    Moving on from there, reset your network settings:

    Please, follow these steps:

    Press Windows Key + X > Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Reset > Reset Now.
