    Hi there, so my xbox will not allow me to download games or have updates for games that are already on my xbox. I have already tried a soft reset of my xbox and had already checked my location after I had reset my xbox. All the microsoft store say is "
    Try that again, page could not be loaded, please try again later" then it gives me the option to refresh my page. Every time I click that option it just quits and goes back to the same page. I'm not sure what to do about this certain bug. If anyone knows how
    to fix this issue I would really appreciate the help.

    a clean boot.     A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
    so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Hi, When does your subscription expire ? Is the subscription under your name and is Game Pass available in your region? Also have you checked to make sure the console doesn't need an update? A quick google search suggests it could be a corrupted game file.
    Does this happen on all your Gamepads games or just one?
