    I’m getting this error on my xbox version of the store and also when I try to navigate to the main microsoft web sites on my mac (irrespective of which browser I use) once this error shows itself on my xbox. it’s
    very frustrating and I want to spend money in the store but can’t.

    I can navigate the store on the xbox but when I try to click through to a games product page I get this error 'Try that again. Page could not be loaded. Please try again later.' with ...

    Also, once this happens on the xbox, I get the following console errors in my desktop browsers when I go the any of the main microsoft and xbox websites:

    The sites themselves look out of place because the stylesheets are getting 403 errors. What's going on? Somehow last weekend it fixed itself but it's back and is there the majority of the time.

    it was originally from my macs chrome browser (hence I was able to find out the console error problem) but I've just tried it on my xbox edge browser and got the same. Also worth noting that the edge browser on the xbox also has the same issueI originally
    highlighted (the sites look out of shape because I don't have permission to download the stylesheet - see 403 errors above)

    Something is really a miss here because since this first appeared on the xbox app store, it doesn't matter what device I try to use microsoft.com or xbox.com on I get the same result (see attached image)*. On mobile 4g, away from my home broadband, it's all
    fine.

    I also tried completely resetting my xbox (no difference) logging in and out of my xbox account (no difference) and resetting my router (no difference).

    I can't see this issue on any other sites away from microsoft associated sites.

    similar issue with the beta support link you posted, when I click on it the xbox loader just spins continuously and in the browsers console i get the following error....
