Microsoft store downloads are all stuck on installing or pending

I am still facing the Xbox game pass problem. Whenever I try to open a game from game pass it redirects me to Microsoft Store "Gaming Services" I already have that installed.

The last option didn't work and had a bunch of fails and I can't download any app on Microsoft store it is stuck on pending including gaming services when i try to download.

Make sure to update your Windows, Device Drivers, Microsoft Store, Xbox, and gaming services app:

Windows:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.

On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.

On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available for your device.

Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.

Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.

Device Drivers:

For the best game performance, make sure your system’s video card drivers (or display adapter drivers) are up to date. Microsoft Store:

On the taskbar, select Microsoft Store Shopping bag-shaped Store icon to open it.

If you don't see Microsoft Store Shopping bag-shaped Store icon on the taskbar, it might have been unpinned. Here's how to find it: In the search box on the taskbar, enter Microsoft Store, then select it from the list.

After you've opened Microsoft Store, select More Three-dot More icon > Downloads and updates > Get updates.

Xbox and gaming services:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.

Select Library.

Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

when i try to install it from the Microsoft store, no downloads work. it just says that its "pending"

Just so you know, its not an xbox issue, its a generic Microsoft Store issue but i couldn't chose that as a category for this. Im not using game pass or xbox store or anything, im just trying to download basic applications from the basic microsoft store and its stuck in the endless pending loop and all the online advice ive followed has achieved nothing to solve it.
