    Hi,

    I've recently been having trouble connecting online to Forza Horizon 4. Therefore after trying so many things I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game. However when I tried to reinstall, I get the error Code: 0x80070424 and the pages on the store app
    cannot load either Code: 0x80004003.

    I've felt like I've now tried everything to fix the store, from wsreset.exe to Powershell commands, I've still had no luck getting the store to download again. Please help!

    My internet connection is fine, windows 10 is up to date. It used to work fine, until Forza had the reoccurring error Code: 0x80004003 and failed to check for updates.

    Has anyone had any similar experiences or knows of any solutions?

    I am sorry to hear that. Have you recently had a virus infection? Modern Viruses often disable windows update to prevent Windows Security from downloading the latest definition files.

    If not, then there are a few more resources to try:

    Have you tried running CMD.exe or powershell as an Administrator, and then running "SFC.exe /scannow"?

    Also in Admin Powershell try "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth"

    This one seems to have helped quite a few people with this error.

    If none of those work, as nuclear option you could try a Windows 10 in place upgrade, see the instructions here:

    Oh my god thanks Echo4Ent, i have the same problem like Aphex0120 and i didn't know how to repair it but i read this again and i remembered i opened some suspicious program and i get some viruses... I deleted them but in the same day the problems with Forza
    started. I ignored this for few days but when i cannot do some playground games i started looking. I found this and now i know it's because the virus infection. So i will do some disk format and maybe it will help.

    Both error codes are typically related to Windows, or Store Updates. Try running both of the following troubleshooters:

    Method 1: Run store app troubleshooter.

    1. Open Control Panel and select Large icons.
    2. Click on Troubleshooting and click view all on the left pane.
    3. Select Windows store apps in the list and click on
      Advanced       link.
    4. Check the box Apply repairs automatically.
    5. Then follow on-screen instructions to complete the process

    Method 2: Run Windows Update troubleshooter.

    1. Open Control Panel and select Large icons.
    2. Click on Troubleshooting
    3. Select Fix Problems with Windows Update under System and Security
    4. Check the box Apply repairs automatically.
    5. Then follow on-screen instructions to complete the process

    Let us know if those fix the issue.
