Microsoft store doesn't work on BT HUB

So we just got an Xbox One S for the kids, everything worked out of thebox, i connected it to the HUB with an ethernet cable, it updated itself etc, the only thing didn't dowrk was the code redeems, or the purchases in the store. If i tried redeem a code
or even buy a live subscription it just waited and waited thenpopped an error message.

So i tried it on my PC in the Microsoft store...same result, just waited for a while then popped a message "theres an error on our end, try again later"...so i tried going to the xbox.com page...same error.

Tried the mobile app....same error...then i turned off the wifi on my movile and tried it through mobile data...and suddenly it worked..so somehow my BT Hub blocks the microsoft store purchases.

Can someone help me with this?

Blank Apps, can't watch opening tutorial video etc.

On BT with Hub 4, works ok for me now following the instructions mentioned above then restarting xbox, thanks.

I had the same issue.

I couldn't purchase anything from the store getting the same error you had. When I tried to contact support on this PC I got DNS failures. After reading your post I reset the hub and everything is fine again.

The problem throws you when it says that the error is at Microsoft's end, when it looks like the issue is with the hub itself.

Anyway, working now.
