Microsoft store: displayed download speed is false

The store says the download speed is 16 Mbps but the download speed only gets 10 Mbps every 8 seconds, so around 1.125 Mbps per second. much different to what it tells me.

also i can't find a category for the Microsoft store.

the game i'm downloading is also ark survival evolved.

Unable to download game.

game: Need For Speed Rivals

Just bought game from Microsoft store but unable to download it fully. on 80% of download, stops and shows Error "Cant download Need for speed Rivals"... tried to re download multiple times - didn't helped. Could someone suggest solution.

Hey if your unsure about your download speed I would jump into settings then network then detailed network statistics to see you download speed, nat type and other factors that can influence download speed. see more at Network Settings on Xbox One

Also its an average speed , its depend of many factors, example ; if you have many devices on the same network, speed will be more slow… now if you have some troubles to get your downloads even if your Xbox is alone on the network, clear your cache memory
can help > just press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton on the console , wait 30 sec , restart console

I feel like you guys are confused as to which platform i'm talking about, it is a laptop, an ROG laptop thats connected via Ethernet cable, (and i'm wondering if i connect both wirelessly and with a cable, that it effects speed, as it seems to go slower
if only Ethernet is used. But if i only use network, or cable and network, speed doesn't change.

Also i'm at 48 Gigabytes through the download of ark survival evolved, and the speed at the start was 16 mbps, but that was a lie, as that wasn't the speed. The current speed is even worse now, with only microsoft store, no other app, because its at 3 mbps.
But when i pause and unpause the download it suddenly jumps to 100 mbps and it downloads like 20 megabytes. it also stay at that number before drastically dropping to 3 mbps.

Can i say, that microsoft store has incredibly poor download speeds, and it seems many things right now with microsoft is rushed, the xbox app, has a teredo error thats really annoying, and has happened with every computer i've used, and that the mute and
unmute buttons don't even work. The store also doesn't let you see many details, including download details, or it just doesn't like to make it obvious on how to do so. I'm tired, so if anything i said is confusing, tell me and i'll restate it in the morning.

Hi please also remember download speed is in Mbps and when reporting data download is MB. there are 8 bits in 1 byte. Take into consideration external factors your download speed is consistent.
