Microsoft Store Cookies error regarding submitting replacement request for Xbox Series 2...

I have the Xbox Series 1 and 2. My controllers dont have aby problems of drift. If you controller have it check your warrant so you can request a replacement.

Remember yiu have only 90 days of warranty with Xbox Accessories!

In order to contact Microsoft Rewards I find I have to allow 3rd party cookies on my browser before I can submit a Support Request.

You should either request an exchange at the retail store where it was purchased or you can submit a
service request at the Microsoft Device Support site. If it doesn't show on your profile after you log in, you can register the controller there, and then submit a request for
service/replacement of the device. This would be the same process for in and out of warranty services for consoles and accessories.

For some reason, I was able to register my Series 2 under my Microsoft account when I bought it. I can go in a request a replacement from there, but not through the Xbox support site where it tells me the serial number doesn't exist.

Try logging into your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com , register your controller under devices if you haven't, and hope it recognizes you have the extended warranty when you request a replacement

I suggest selecting the "Update All" option as the article suggests. It is possible that there may be another service that supports the game that needs updating.
