Microsoft Store completely refuses to download anything.

Hi! I have this problem for over a week now. I bought an Xbox pass and decided to install Sea of Thieves. One day I updated windows version during the installation.
Sadly, after doing so, I lost all the progress. Then I decided to re-download it. But after that, there has never been any progress with any downloading at all. I don't see download speed, I only see "Downloading XXX...", then "Nearly finished" and many others but with no actual change. I am not even able to update any apps, including Microsoft Store. I have no idea what to do because I paid for the past and now I am wasting days without being able to download anything.

What should I do?

yes, I have reset everything. I can download anything on my PC from Steam, just anything Microsoft store related refuses to download.

Scratch that, issue re-emerged last night, back to the same problem. Nothing changed on my end, Microsoft store refusing to update anything.
