microsoft store cant install gears tactics and gears games. XBOX GAME PASS. PLEASE HELP!

I fixed the error by myself... I needed rly 2 days of effort for this.

it was a really messy, stressful and **** time. I tried anything.

pple told me to make my system new at the last point.

but I never listened to those pple.

the problem was RLY simple.

after trying all those steps with microsoft store. I came to the conclusion, that it has to do something with the XBOX beta app.

BECAUSE: I could not login/sign in.

always when I did that, nothing happened. just an black screen 5 seconds...

it was really strange.

on another xbox app that I tried out, to sign in there, I also got an troubles. but this time with error code.

so the solution is simple:

you need to be signed in in the xbox app, then the download will work in the microsoft store.

and the login did not work. BECAUSE I disable all 3-4 xbox services, under windows settings/services in the past...

just put them on again, when you have sign in errors on the app...

the download works now.

the ONLY stupid and strange thing is, THAT REALLY NOBODY told me to check for those services?

everybody is talking about huge steps and the microsoft store. but it was just that simple.

I rly needed 2 days to find that out.

I feel for you I am also having the same problems too.

I wonder if this is an issue because since this game does not come out until May 10th. Maybe Microsoft has some sort of error in their system when trying to download this game. Trying googling your error code and see if there are solutions to this code.

I understand you need assistance with Gears 5. As per checking, Gears 5 is only available in Game Pass Ultimate, the only version of the game that is included with Game Pass for console or the regular one is Gears 5 Game of the Year Edition.

When you check Gears 5 on the Store page; https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/store/Gears-5/..., you will see there that it says "Included with Ultimate" while Gears 5 Game of the Year Edition says "Included with Game Pass".
