Microsoft store "buy now" button on checkout greyed out/won't work

Trying to make a purchase and the buy now button is greyed out and not working. Tried on PC, tablet and phone. Used different browsers and issue still present.

There is currently an issue with the store. Microsoft are aware and are working on a fix.

Using Pay pal seems to have fixed the issue for me.

Please advise when Microsoft will be fixing the bugs / issues with the online store?

It is 2 and a 1/2 months after the above post by Faruja and still purchases can not be completed due to the grayed out place order button

Please fix this and let's do business. We need to purchase an Office 365 for up to 6 devices (PC/ Laptop/ Tablet / Android devices).

I am on a Mac and have tried it with chrome and safari and it still won't work. And it won't let you make a purchase without signing in so of course I'm signed in. Button is still greyed out

It is 15 December 2019. That is 2 and a 1/2 months after this post and Microsoft still has not resolved this issue.

I tried to buy Office 365 but upon check out the place order button and change payment option button is greyed out and still not functioning.
