Microsoft store app xbox not working

After Microsoft Store App's update it doen't work. Everything else works (log in to xbox live, multiplayer games, in-app purchaces, downloading games from library). Everything is working except Microsoft store App.

P.S: In my pc (in the same LAN) Microsoft Store is working.

Please help.

I think it's a problem with the xbox, because it doesn't work for me either,just wait a little bit

I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

Please try these options one by one and check after each option.

1. Windows Key+R > Type services.msc and press Enter > Locate Background Intelligence transfer and ensure it is set to Start and Automatic. Also do the same for Windows Update service as well

2. Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down to the bottom > Click Windows Store Apps > Click Run the Troubleshooter

3. Reset Windows Store through Command Prompt

Type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer

4. Re-register All Store apps (You will get many Reds, ignore them)

Windows Key+X > Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter > Restart your computer

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

5. Uninstall & Reinstall Store

Windows Key+X > Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage

Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter > Reboot your computer

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Since you just reinstalled Windows 10, you might be missing some important updates.

Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update > Check for updates

Download and install any pending updates

Restart

1. Download and run the problem solver for applications and the Windows Store:
http://aka.ms/diag_apps10

2. Manually restore store settings:

a) Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run window.

b) Type wsreset.exe and press the Enter key to execute the command.

3. Wait for the process to finish, restart your computer and check that it has been fixed.

We appreciate your time in sending this report here in Community. Since this issue is now resolved, it could be a temporary issue that was resolved right away by the Team Xbox. This kind of issue requires immediate report to the team Xbox for them to investigate the locale affected and to know how many users were experiencing the issue.

However, this issue can be cause by an Xbox Network issue too and the restart of the router could also help in times you face access issue to Microsoft Store. We have had this kind of issue before but the reason why the Store did not load up was cause of an error on Xbox Network so you can try that before reporting to the Team Xbox.

We understand that you are experiencing the Microsoft Store app on Xbox console issue for the longest time and should this be a frequent happening. Then, we recommend you try the power cycle and Xbox Network troubleshooting. After which the issue should at least fix or else this could be an issue worth reporting to Team Xbox.
