    Microsoft Store and Store Experience Host not updating.


    Hey there. So I am trying to update the Microsoft store and store experience host (wtf is that?), and they have been sitting for close to 10 minutes without installing or beginning installation.

    Any recommendations on what I should do in order to fix that?

    I'm having the exact same issues only difference is my Xbox will sometimes freeze and flat out refuse to work unless I hard resets also it stops at 95% without fail please sort this out I'm getting sick of this.

    Are you trying this from a computer or console, try different browsers and make sure you account security is up to date.

    POTENTIAL FIX Games and Apps will not update or install

    After following your steps, I went to the Microsoft Store app and attempted to download a game. The game isn't showing in the queue, but the "Store Experience Host" and "Microsoft Xbox Purchase Host" is in the queue. I have noticed that every time I have done a form of resetting since the issues started, those two apps(?) need updated but only sometimes successfully update.

    Store Experienece Host and Microsoft Store Update

    Here it is almost may and this store experience host still will not update or anything. Had been able to cancel it once before but it came back a couple days later, and that was a month or so ago. This is on my one x which isn't on the insider program.
    I have a one s that is on the insider program but the issue is with my one x so that means it's not an insider issue and the issue still hasn't been fixed. Any info or help?

    As said above it's a common error that insiders are getting and they are working on it so please be patient. It will get fixed soon :D.
