Microsoft store and buying things

If you're a minor even if you're the organizer it will not work, you need to be added as a member to a family group organized by an adult.

If you're still a minor you need to have an organizer in managing your settings. They need to turn off the restriction for your spending for it to work.

Kindly ask an adult to add you as a member by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family for them to manage it for you.

Buying things on the Store or in a physical Microsoft Store or Game Pass quests are a good way. Always check the daily offers and you'll have points in no time.

Does it give you a specific error code? And have you tried fully resetting your Xbox?

To do so:

1. Hold the power button on your system for ~10 seconds.

2. Unplug the power cord in the back for a solid minute.

3. Plug the power cord back in and restart your system.
