Microsoft stole my prepaid months of live gold gold

I have converted my xbox live gold to game pass ulltimate by accident, so I cancelled the payment for ultimate, but it cancelled all the converted months too. I want my months back!!!

How did you convert it accidentally? It takes multiple presses on a confirm button. Either way, you need to contact XBOX support.

They didn't steal anything. You agreed to the terms when you subscribed by 'accident'.

It let's you know that all of your months coverted into Ultimate are final when you sign up. When you sign up for Ultimate, you have to select it, read the print, select a payment method, and select the confirmation. This is so that nothing is done in
one button press, by 'accident.' In general, the rules state that you will lose any months of Gold if you cancel, and you accepted that when you purchased and coverted to Ultimate. You can try Support to see if they will work with you, although they are under
no obligation to refund the months to you because this was part of the deal, unfortunately. Good luck.
