    So I woke up this morning to a email from Microsoft saying that they have over charged me £19.70 for double subsciption I find that funny because 1 month subscription is 5.99 (So you did more than 3 times) the reason it was brought to my attention is because
    I changed my card and you could steal anymore to make matters worse I try to log on to my xbox and it says your account has been suspended until you pay 9.95 loool. So hold up you steal 19.70 from me but won't use it to pay my new subscription and I can't
    use my xbox until I pay you £10 pounds do you see the problem here you want me to wait 13 weeks lool 3 months to get back what you stole and in the mean time you want me to pay loool when I see that 20 you will get paid until then I'll make another account
    because you are theifs

    wtf is up with MSs xbl renewel policy...THEFT?!?!! apparently MS charged my debit card $19.96 (the number in itself raises suspicions) im guessing for 2 months of xbox live, which i never got, i paid the 20 dollars, which to any human being with a semi-functional
    brain, that would mean that im paying for 2 months of xbox live that i was charged for but never recieved...correct? so where is my xbox live gold?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!??!?!??!?!

    Micr0soft steals money now?!?!?!?!!

    Please contact phone support for billing issues, and when you contact phone support you can also have them turn off auto renewal so you don't get charged when your subscription expires.

    it's not that I don't have the money it's the principal of the matter I hear some of you saying it only 10 pounds = 19 dollers but if they are doing this to every xbox player it' not just 10 pounds it' millions in intrest and not only that there stealing
    from the same pocket that funds them the consumer and this is wrong on all levels I even called in and a xbox rep by the name of Mike told me all he can do is ask a manager to call me on Monday looool I just might of been made anti xbox as of today tbh I am
    going to buy a ps4 because I like digital media no cds but to pay a company that steals from is customers yeah I don't know today I am on a mission to let everyone know Microsoft steals from is customers

    That means you clicked buy twice on subscription or you are getting 3month

    Also it doesn't take 3months to get any refunds

    It takes 2-3 business days and then Its up to your bank whenever they handle international transactions
