    I buy to things of warface kredits june 28 2019 both never got added to my account contacted support first one got refunded no problem. The second one how ever is supposedly not eligble for a refund which makes no sense ive been with microsoft for 10+
    year and they do this im never buying things from xbox or microsoft pc gaming or sony here i come at least they dont STEAL MONEY from hard working paying customers and i used to love microsoft but its going down hill fast ever sense the xbox one bye THIEFS

    HG Bla4ckout,

    Since Dlc and in game credits brought are nonrefundable they probulary refunded the 1st one as a complementary refund. I dont know why the credits aren't showing up in game. Have you tried restarting your Xbox by holding down the Xbox for 10seconds then
    load back in the game and see if its there?

    Ive tried refund 3 times they keep saying its not eleigble for a refund which makes no sense since they refunded the first one without problems
